| "I ordered a replacement 10.1” resistive touchscreen panel (AC10.1M) from Elecok on 22nd May for a specialist automotive wheel alignment display unit. The part was extremely difficult to source elsewhere and was not available from UK suppliers. The order was dispatched promptly from China and arrived in Scotland on 28th May, which was much faster than expected. The touchscreen was well packaged and arrived in good condition with no shipping damage. Communication and tracking information were clear throughout the process, and the panel matched the dimensions and connector style required for the repair. For anyone looking for obsolete or hard-to-find industrial LCD and touchscreen components, I would certainly consider Elecok again based on this experience.
