In the following cases, we will make a free reissue or full refund:

1. Product cannot use in warranty period because of product quality problems

2. The goods is damaged in transit

3. The goods is not delivered in time because of our reason

Process of free reissue or full refund:

1. Buyers send an email to our customer service to describe the problem, and to provide evidence (clear photos, screenshots, or video)

2. We will check the problem in 1-3 working days. For those meet the requirements, free reissue or full refund will be made within 1-2 working days

Any delay in delivery because of the following cases will not be reissued or refunded:

1. The buyer fails to complete the customs clearance

2. The buyer’s shipping address is error

3. No one to sign for goods

4. Goods delaying caused by other reasons of buyers

5. Other delays caused by force majeure
